Back in December 2023, our agency won a year-long RFP to collaborate with Tampa, Florida’s Marriott Water Street Hospitality Umbrella, for organic and paid social media management, and we were excited to jump right in. With a main focus on growing brand exposure for JW Marriott Water Street and Marriott Tampa Water Street, along with their restaurant concepts Driftlight Steakhouse, Beacon, Six, and Anchor and Brine, we jumped on the opportunity to help the local Tampa favorites.

Strategy

Taking the lead, we started off building out a robust strategy to move forward with, and for the Marriot brands, this was a doozy. Not only did we do our normal process, we had to multiply that by 5! For each brand, we listed off competitors, analyzed their current strategies, built out a creative guide and more. Culminating in a 139 page document, we utilized this strategy for the entire year.

From our strategy, it was clear a shoot was needed. Not only to give us fresah content to utilize in our social strategy, but to give a different approach to the account.

We aimed to produce captivating imagery and video content to enhance our client’s brand through both organic and paid social media channels. Our goal was to develop stunning digital assets that would leave people gagged, gooped and bewildered!

Through meticulous planning and collaboration within our team, we were able to bring our client’s vision to life. We started by creating detailed mood boards and storyboards, carefully selecting wardrobe, props, and references to set the right tone and guide the narrative. Our shot lists were thoughtfully crafted to ensure that all essential elements were captured. Ultimately, we produced a range of assets to be used across social media platforms throughout the year.
